What are the opportunities for growth and advancement?
We have various career paths that outline the progression from entry-level roles to senior leadership positions. In addition, we offer training and development opportunities through tuition reimbursement, on-the-job-training, and workshops for all of our employees.
What is the work schedule or typical working hours?
Non-exempt associates work one of two shifts from 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 3:15PM to 11:45PM.
Are remote work or flexible work arrangements available?
Triangle has fully embraced the new work frontier. Flexible work hours can be arranged to include flexible start times, where hours can be made up during the week.
