We have various career paths that outline the progression from entry-level roles to senior leadership positions. In addition, we offer training and development opportunities through tuition reimbursement, on-the-job-training, and workshops for all of our employees.

Non-exempt associates work one of two shifts from 7:00AM to 3:30PM or 3:15PM to 11:45PM.

Triangle has fully embraced the new work frontier. Flexible work hours can be arranged to include flexible start times, where hours can be made up during the week.

Triangle offers tuition reimbursement in an effort to support our associates in their pursuit to further their education or professional development. Associates are eligible for tuition reimbursement after 6 months of employment.
